Dormer Pramet will present new software for machine operators and technicians at Metalloobrabotka 2017 exhibition.
Moscow, Feb. 2, 2017 The world’s leading metal cutting tools supplier Dormer Pramet will present a new application for smart phones required for the setting of cutting modes. The application can calculate variable characteristics needed for durable and high-quality metal cutting required for milling, turning, boring, drilling and thread-cutting operations.
A user can quickly and efficiently determine the best conditions for a fault-free performance by the inputting of various parameters. The application allows the use of a wide range of settings, including the machine capacity, torque and processing time. The application is available in 18 languages, in metric and imperial measurement systems for free download from iTunes and Google Play.
The organizers of the International Exhibition for Equipment, Instruments and Tools for the Metalworking Industry – Metalloobrabotka 2017 are Expocentre AO and the Russian Association of Machine Tool Manufacturers Stankoinstrument. The exhibition will take place at Moscow’s Expocentre from May 15 through May 19, 2017.
