Prima Power, a manufacturer of equipment for sheet metal working, will demonstrate the PLATINO 1530 Fiber Laser Plant and Servo electric eP-1030 press brake at the Technoforum’2014 exhibition, which is held at Expocentre Fairgrounds on October 20-23. The exhibition visitors will have an opportunity to see how the equipment manufactured by the company works.

“We participate in the Technoforum’2014 exhibition for the first time; nevertheless, we have been already well-known in the professional environment. And sure enough, we expect to find many new customers at the exhibition. We intend to present the Prima Power Platino 1530 Fiber Laser Plant and Servo electric eP-1030 press brake that have been manufactured by our company. The equipment will be demonstrated in operation”, says Ilya Fedorov, General Director of Prima Power.

Prima Power is the Machinery Division of Prima Industrie Group, acknowledged worldwide leader in development and production of laser systems for industrial application, equipment for sheet metal processing, industrial electronics and laser sources.

According to Company’s General Director, a new eP-Series press brake by Prima Power presented at Technoforum’2014 is based on extensive experience in manufacturing press brakes and servo electric machine tools for sheet metal working. The innovative machine tool concept combines productivity, accuracy, flexibility and reliability along with high concern about environmentally friendly aspects. The eP series is available in three models – eP-0520, eP-1030 and eP-1336 with different press tonnage and bending length to meet varieties of production requirement.

PLATINO® Fiber Laser Plant, which also will be presented at the exhibition, can be used for cutting a wide range of materials. Fiber lasers are more effective than other laser sources for cutting highly-reflecting materials, e.g. aluminum alloys, copper, brass. Materials of varied thicknesses (up to 20 mm of mild steel) can be cut with high efficiency and quality of the operation. Especially high productivity can be achieved for thin and medium-gauge sheet metal processing. Thanks to lack of necessity for resetting the Fiber Laser Plant can be switched from cutting flat sheet metal to processing tubes and profile.
