Prima Power will show a novelty - BCe Smart bending center at the Metalloobrabotka 2017 exhibition which will take place at Moscow’s Expocentre in May 2017.

BCe Smart modern semi-automatic power tool equipped with advanced technologies and controls, operated by the personnel, provides for safe and easy operations and eliminates possible errors.

Prima Power BCe Smart from Prima Power based on the innovative servo-electric bending technology is the best solution for medium production volumes as well as for low volume or lean production. It provides precision and repeatability with a considerable reduction of maintenance costs.

BCe Smart's compact layout and unique loading / unloading sequence guarantee a high productivity and offer a very attractive investment. A big worktable allows the performance of loading operations simultaneously with unloading. This increases the productivity. The equipment is easy to operate and does not require skilled personnel due to the barcode reader which allows the running of dynamic production queues automatically.

Good ergonomics and safety have been achieved due to the absence of physical barriers for manual loading, as well as visual and sound signals allowing to synchronize loading and unloading operations. An additional interactive monitor enables the operator to control the process efficiently.

BCe Smart expedites the manufacturing process due to Prima Electro control system, Tulus interface and Master Bend CAM programming system. The machine is pre-configured to be integrated with robots for automatic loading and unloading.

The organizers of the International Exhibition for Equipment, Instruments and Tools for the Metalworking Industry – Metalloobrabotka 2017 are Expocentre AO and the Russian Association of Machine Tool Manufacturers Stankoinstrument. The exhibition will take place at Moscow’s Expocentre from May 15 through May 19, 2017.
