Russian Industry Week 2023 has opened at EXPOCENTRE Fairgrounds. It is held with the support of the Organising Committee of the NTI-Expo (Research-Technology-Innovations) project, the Russian State Duma Committee on Science and Higher Education, the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Russian relevant federal ministries, and VOIR – the All-Russian Society of Inventors and Rationalizers.
This year Russian Industry Week includes Technoforum 2023 – the International Exhibition for Equipment and Technology for Materials Processing, Rusweld 2023 – the International Exhibition for Welding and Cutting Equipment, Technologies and Materials, Reklama 2023 – the International Exhibition for Advertising, and NDT Territory 2023 – the 10th International Industrial Forum on Non-Destructive Testing, Tests, Diagnostics.
Russian Industry Week 2023 was opened with the PromSpace National Industry Congress, organised by the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the Initiative Centre for Business Support and Development. The key report of the Plenary Meeting on Strategy for the Implementation of Projects of Technological Sovereignty and Structural Adaptation of the Economy was made by Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation – Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov. The meeting was moderated by President at the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Sergey Katyrin.
The conference programme of the congress includes five strategic sessions dedicated to digital sovereignty of the industry, development of industrial cooperation and investment projects within the EAEU, railway engineering: the locomotive of the economy, metallurgy: a new vector of development, and the aviation industry: a course towards import substitution.
All the shows included in the Week show a noticeable growth. Technoforum 2023 grew by 70%, Rusweld 2023 grew by 20%, and Reklama 2023 added almost 40% in terms of space compared to last year.
The shows of Russian Industry Week are open till 26 October.
